A Little Bit About Me

My name is Daniel. I am a half Swedish, half British, married 40-year old, with 2 children, living in Bromma, who absolutely loves training!


Physical exercise can give each and every one of us superpowers. It can fill us with energy, make us grow, heal us, strengthen us, improve our self esteem, release tension, protect us from stress, promote mental health, make us experience big feelings and create memories! Finding lifelong training motivation that suits your own personal needs can literally change your life. It changed mine. That is why I love training!


My own personal training journey involved athletics, rugby, basketball and snowboarding whilst growing up. As an adult I fell in love with endurance sports, primarily running, participating in over 80 races, having completed a Swedish Classic and a full distance IronMan. In recent years I have started to seek more unique endurance challenges, such as kayaking 60 km in a single session, walking from Stockholm to Uppsala and completing 100,000 steps in a day. My previous competitive drive has now transformed into a desire to experience more and to pass on the lessons I have learnt to others.


In January last year I went for a long run in a snowstorm with a friend and decided then and there that it was time for me to follow my dream. After 17 years, it was time for me to leave the office world behind and dare do what I knew in my heart was my calling, namely to help people grow their self confidence, health and motivation through training. Not to look good, not to compete, not for quick fixes. But, instead, to feel stronger, have more energy and dare to live more of the life they really want to live!
